Malaviya Centre for Innovation,Incubation and Entrepreneurship (MCIIE) is a Not for Profit Society at Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), dedicated to promote innovation and Entrepreneurship. It is  a pedestal to help knowledge driven enterprises to establish and prosper under organized scientific guidance. It also facilitates swift commercialization of a product based on sophisticated technology.

The main objective of the MCIIE is to produce successful firms that will leave the program financially viable and free-standing. These incubators “graduates” create job, commercialize new technologies, and strengthen national economies. Incubator tenants not only benefit from business and technical assistance, they also benefit from official affiliation with the incubator, a supportive community with an entrepreneurial environment, direct link to entrepreneurs, and immediate networking and commercial opportunities with other tenant firms.

Gaurav Keida

Mr. Gaurav Keida has graduated from IIT-BHU, Varanasi in Chemical Engineering in the year of 2003. Then he moved to Germany and worked in various industries in and held different positions.  Then he came back to India and started his entrepreneurial journey. He has revived a century old solution for the most burning problem of present days, and helped hundred of villagers to have a better life. At present he is the Chairman of Indian Biogas Association also a visiting professor of IIM Ahmadabad.  During a shoot of a documentary, we had chance to talk with this brilliant serial entrepreneur.

He has over 12 years of experience managing high-growth organizations, leading technology, engineering and IT teams and bringing complex products to market on schedule. Currently he is working as the COO of Tlabs, a prime incubation cell powered by Times of India group, which is India's leading startup accelerator and support stage providing seed fund for internet and mobile tech startups. Presently the Tlabs is a home for 50 Companies, 7 exits, $200M+ Market Cap, 160+ founders!
